Words can not describe the experience I had with my boyfriend at this highly-chic restaurant. You may say it just food get over it, but no, it’s far more than that. Ganache, located on North Elm Street in Downtown Greensboro, North Carolina, has an atmosphere that’s classy without making one feeling stuffy or out of place. And you thought you were doing something when you ate at The Cheesecake Factory; Ganache is a place for those who love The Cheesecake Factory, but looking for a different mood. Doubling as a restaurant and bakery, Ganache gives you everything you want plus some. As my boyfriend and I sat on the roof top terrace waiting for our entrees we indulged in San Francisco Jumbos as our appetizer. By the time we were finish it was time for me to please myself by taking a bite of my Low Country Crab Cakes served with caramelized onion mashed potatoes, braised seasonal greens, and Creole remoulade. My boyfriend had a steak along with scalloped potatoes and green beans. Then it was time for dessert. My boyfriend had a slice of the Black Forest cake, which is rich in chocolate, while I had your simple Lemon Cream cake. This restaurant is with a doubt great place to satisfy your taste buds. Ganache is open for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and Sunday brunch so there is no reason why you should not have time to take visit::.
